Types of Swimming Pools
Swimming pools are designed with different dimensions and depths depending on use. Olympic swimming pool (50×25 m, ≥2 m depth, 10 lanes) and semi-Olympic swimming pool (25×12.5 m, ~2 m depth, 5 lanes) sit alongside flexible options for family pools, private villa pools and residential pools. Pool depth is set by activity: deeper profiles for training/diving, and 1.20–1.50 m for family pools. Kids’ pools are 30–50 cm with easy-grip handrails. In residential sites and hotels, lifeguards and clear signage are mandatory at higher depths. We improve safety with footbaths, hygiene mats, anti-slip finishes and stainless-steel handrails.
