Anatolia Pool & SPA

Want a mirror-like waterline that frames your view? An infinity pool—our overflow pool system— draws water into perimeter gutters for continuous surface skimming, delivering both superior hygiene and premium aesthetics. We engineer and deliver turnkey solutions optimized for Antalya’s climate.

What Is an Overflow (Infinity) Pool?

In an overflow pool, the water level sits flush with the deck. Water spills into a perimeter gutter and grating, then flows to a balance tank. Pumps draw from the tank, send water through filtration, and return it to the pool. With a single-vanishing edge, you get the iconic infinity pool effect toward the view.

Why Choose an Overflow (Infinity) Pool?

  • Superior surface hygiene: Continuous skimming removes oils and fine particulates.
  • Premium look: Deck-level waterline, infinite horizon effect and glassy reflections.
  • Stable water level: Bather surge is absorbed in the balance tank during peak use.
  • Architectural flexibility: Four-edge overflow, two-edge overflow or single-edge infinity concepts.
  • Quiet, comfortable operation: Proper hydraulics minimize noise and vibration.

Planning & Key Considerations

  • Balance-tank volume: Sized to pool volume, concurrent users and surge height.
  • Hydraulic balance: Channel slopes, grating capacity and return-nozzle flows must be tuned.
  • Noise control: Channel/grating design manages waterfall sound and splash control.
  • Waterproofing: Channels, tanks and joints require robust waterproofing details.
  • Finish selection: Edge materials must be slip-resistant and resistant to UV and pool chemicals.

System Components

  • Overflow gutter & grating: Collects perimeter flow; sectioned to match design flow rate.
  • Balance tank: Includes level float, overflow–drain, air release and service access.
  • Filtration: Sand or cartridge filters; variable-speed pump for energy efficiency.
  • Disinfection: Automatic dosing, salt electrolysis or hybrid systems.
  • Heating & automation: Heat pump/exchanger, remote monitoring and lighting control.

Overflow vs. Skimmer — Quick Comparison

Criterion Overflow / Infinity Skimmer
Surface hygiene Maximum High
Aesthetics Premium look Classic look
Cost Higher upfront More economical
Operation Requires balance tank Simpler

Application Scenarios

  • Villas & private homes: Single-edge infinity to highlight views with low-noise hydraulics.
  • Hotels & resorts: Four-edge overflow main pools for superior surface skimming in peak season.
  • Residential sites: Large balance tank volumes planned for high bather loads.
  • Roof & terrace: Lightweight systems with vibration/noise isolation and enhanced leak security.

Overflow Pool Construction Process

  1. Survey & design: Set elevations to the view, define overflow edges, run hydraulic calculations.
  2. Construction: Reinforced-concrete shell, overflow gutter/grating, balance tank and plant rooms.
  3. MEP: Pump–filter set, pipework, level control, lighting and automation.
  4. Finishes & details: Anti-slip edge stones, premium interior finish, noise-reducing channel details.
  5. Testing & commissioning: Leak tests, filling, chemical balancing and user training.
