Bio Sauna : It’s a type of sauna of which the heat is approximately 50 degrees celcius and its mouisture dosn’t over 50%. It has been become reach by Aromatherapy Colourtherapy and light therapies which have half therapies meditation. These type of saunas are preferred by the people who disconfort from the sauna and steam room which accelerates the blood tension. As the mouisture ratio of Bio Sauna changes between 50% and 60%, it supplies less softness to sauna atmosphere.
Finn Sauna : This type of sauna is preparred by classical wood, its heat is between 90-100 degrees celcius and the mouisture is 10-25% , so it is dry bath.
Russian Sauna : Heat changes between 110-130 degrees celcius. Usable wood shuld be strong for this type of atmosphere.
Rock Sauna : This traditional type of sauna, wood with stone also are being used for this type of sauna at present.
